S3 Research Group

The S3 group is currently exploring a number of research lines in the multifaceted arena of Organic Chemistry. We are interested in the design and synthesis of systems with host-guest recognition and self-assembly abilities. We also develop new synthetic methodologies to biologically relevant compounds, with a strong profile in vitamin related compounds. Finally we are interested in a deep understanding of chemical transformations and molecular properties, which we acquire through spectroscopic and theoretical techniques.
