Proceedings guidelines


Dear SEDERI13 participants,

With the intention of preparing the edition of the monograph volume which will contain a selection of the papers offered at SEDERI13, we would like to inform you that you may now send us a version of the paper you presented at the Vigo conference this March. In order to do this you must meet the guidelines below, and we also kindly request that your paper must not exceed twelve (12) A4 pages (including endnotes & Works Cited section). All the text must be double-spaced, using a 12 font type, preferably Times New Roman. Do not forget to include a small abstract –100/150 words– to be placed between the name of the author and the beginning of the paper. Deadline for submissions will be May 31st , 2002. Guidelines

Contributions are to be sent to Sederi 13, and should follow these principles:

1.- Your contribution must be on a computer file in a 3.5 inch disk using Windows and Microsoft Word. RTF files will also be accepted. The disk should bear a label stating the version employed, and the author(s)'s name and address.
2.- Avoid using other word processors and non-Laser fonts (Times based fonts are recommended), and please let the editors know whether non-standard ASCII characters or unsusual fonts might have been employed.
3.- A printed high-quality version of the article, note, etc. must be sent with the disk, including full name(s) and address of the author(s). Contact telephone, fax, e-mail (preferred), etc. will also be appreciated.
4.- Notes, consecutively numbered, should be placed at the end of the document in all cases (i.e., as endnotes). Also note numbering in the text must be placed next to a strong punctuation mark.
5.- Please avoid tabs, return, and paragraph special formats as much as possible. Nesting for quotations must be defined for the whole cite.
6.- References must follow after the following system:

8.- Illustrations, graphics, tables, pictures, etc., must always be consulted with the Editor(s).
