Registration

It has been open the official time for Registration to the IV Sandy Beaches Symposium. Abstract submission period will be open till 21 of July.

Data of the participants, type of presentation, presentation title and abstract should be submitted using the Registration Form (see below). Abstract should not exceed the 500 words and they have be hand typed or pasted in the appointed window of the registration form, following the next format:

 

First paragraph:        Title

Second paragraph   Authors

Third paragraph        Authors institutions

Following paragraphs          Text of the abstract

If one participant is going to submit more than one presentation, please fulfill as much registration forms as presentations.

REGISTRATION FORM

 

Registration fees

 Registration fees before 31th August will be 200 Euros for regular participants and 100 Euros for students, spouse and guests following the indications for transferring fees to the symposium bank account (see below). Tentatively, fees will cover the book of abstracts, coffe breaks, Symposium excursion, Symposium dinner and receptions if organized. Payment of fees after 31th August will be 250 Euros for regular participants and 125 Euros for students, spouse and guests

Confirmation will be sent to attendees upon receipt of each completed and paid registration. Payment will be checked by the organizers at the Symposium bank account, but confirmation of payment by faxing the payment form will be highly recommended.

Registration at symposium desk will be available as follows:

Monday 9 October 2006: 9  – 17 h

Tuesday 10 October 2006: 9:30 – 13 h

Wednesday 11 October 2006: 9:30 – 13 h

 

Payment

Payment of the symposium fee will be carried out by bank transfer following the below instructions:

Payments from Spain: Transfer order to the account 2091 0501 64 3110000201 (Caixagalica, O.P. Vigo). Please in the subject, write the code number of the Symposium: INV00019, Name, surname and Identity card number or Passport.

Payments from out of Spain: Transfer order to the account ES29 2091 0501 64 3110000201 (Caixagalicia, O.P. Vigo), SWIFT code CAGLESMMXXX. Please in the subject, write the code number of the Symposium: INV00019, Name, surname and Identity card number or Passport

 

Substitution and cancellations

 We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending for a program for which you have registered. If you find it necessary to cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (discounting processing coast) if we receive notice in writing on or before1 month before symposium starting day. Registrant who cancel on or after that date, will be not eligible for any part of a refund.
