Our research field is the nervous system of lampreys and several projects are in progress

a) Organization and development of the vertebrate central nervous system.

b) Locomotor circuits. Information outflow from the forebrain to the spinal cord.

c) Development of the visual system with particular interest on the visuomotor connections.

d) Segmentation of the lamprey brain.

e) Neurogenesis during development.
