Biographical sketch
Elena González received her MEng and PhD degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santiago de Compostela and from the University of Vigo, respectively. She is currently Senior Lecturer in Technical Drawing at the Higher Technical School of Mining Engineering and at the School of Industrial Engineering. Her research interests include colour technology, image processing and pattern recognition, with a special focus on texture analysis.
