Please, send your paper by electronic mail to the editor-in-chief (martin at uvigo.es). The editor will respond on the acceptance of the paper in a maximum term of 3 months. All the papers will be reviewed by at least 3 (three) reviewers.
Paper Format
The paper must be written in spanish or portuguese, in the IEEE paper format. The recommended maximum extension of papers is 8 pages. Besides, an abstract (no more than 100 words) written in english must be included.
Copyright
The authors must send a signed copyright form for publishing their paper .
