The content of this ARWtr2010 Tutorial is related to Electromagnetic Analysis base on Maxwell’s equations and the application of the Finite Element Method (FEM) to low frequency devices. People interested in this area will find a didactical approach for a first contact with the FEM including some examples.

Considered problems in this tutorial are such that they address important design aspects of the transformers.  This exposure to FEM theory and procedures is expected to help researchers and practicing engineers to solve complex as well as practical electromagnetic and couple problems.

Dear ARWtr2010 Participant,

We are strongly recommending to book hotel urgently since the number of available rooms is limited. If you want to book hotel offered by ARWtr2010 Organization, you need a “Registration Code (RC)” previously. That RC is given you once the registration procedure is finished.

ARWtr2010 Organization offers hotel special rates for participants in:
 

HOTEL***** NH Obradoiro (12 minutes far by walk to ARWtr2010 venue-Parador). It is in a nice and quite environment (Just at the beginning
of old Santiago center, just at Galicia Auditorium).

Also the Organization has agreement with the Parador Hotel, but in this moment it is already over demand, therefore its procedure for the reservation on above link is blocked.

Room rate for *ARWtr2010* participants in Hotel Parador Hostal Reis Católicos is 100 Euro per night with buffet breakfast and VAT included for single use.
For double use the price is 150 Euro per room night with breakfast and VAT included.

If you want to book in Parador for the 3,4 and 5 October nights (The ARWtr2010 three nights), please let us know in order to send you the Accommodation Forms urgently.

As you were informed on behalf of the ARWtr2010 International Technical Committee your paper has been accepted for the ARWtr2010 program to be presented as poster on the basis of the submitted digest.

DEADLINE:

The final version of your paper is expected to be received not later than August 15th 2010, and should be either 4 or 6 pages length.

 Electronic versions of your full paper have to be sent both in .doc and .pdf formats by e-mail to the ARWtr2010 Secretariat: arwtr2010@uvigo.es

 IMPORTANT:

 Now, in order to include your paper in the ARWtr2010 proceedings, you have to do the ARWtr2010 Registration before the end of August 2010,  following the procedure in the link:

We would like to express our thanks the submission of digests to ARWtr2010 Secretariat. 

On behalf of the International Technical Committee we are pleased to inform that papers have been accepted for the ARWtr2010 program to be presented as poster on the basis of the submitted digest. 

Final version of paper is expected to be received not later than August 15th 2010, and should be either 4 or 6 pages length.

Electronic versions of  full paper have to be sent both in .doc and .pdf formats by e-mail to the ARWtr2010 Secretariat: arwtr2010@uvigo.es 

Please find attached the template with instructions for preparing your paper manuscript, as well as suggestions to design its content.

We would like to remind that it is expected that authors will attend the Workshop to present their contributions. It is also good chance to meet with delegates of international industry and utilities, researchers and consultants within the area of electrical transformers. 

The conference programme will consist of both oral and poster sessions. The papers are to be presented in a poster format, which has to be allocated into a space of  1 m. width ( «) and 1,50 m. height (¯­).

Final acceptance of the papers to be included in a poster session and in ARWtr2010 Proceedings requires the registration before the deadline (http://webs.uvigo.es/arwtr2010/html/Fee.html).

 The deadline for submitting the Poster-Session digests to ARWtr2010 has expired. The selection process has already started and the acceptance notification will be reported according to the due date in the website http://webs.uvigo.es/arwtr2010.

 All received proposal were confirmed. If somebody did not receive such notification please proceed as soon as possible to submit again. Also, if you are completing a digest intended for ARWtr2010, please conclude it promptly and submit it as soon as possible.
